A Droplet

Not one drop of water is like another,

 even so, how would that concern us?

Are we not ourselves mostly a multitude of drops of water,

countless drops creating a unique union of molecular parts?

Shaping us as into truly one-of-a kind physical expression, effortlessly.

The state of emotions

  What if the experiences of depression, anxiety, grief, fear and PTSD  

are a reflection of an inner state of  "frozen emotions"?

What if we are called to give those emotions space to "thaw"?

What if we are called to revitalize those areas inside of us  

with a gentle flow of energies that will melt the barriers?

What if the release of tears is simply mirroring this occurring?

What if we therefore could allow and embrace

 the pains of restructuring those places inside?

What if these are the energies required to step into new beginnings?

Peonies and Daffodils

Why do we humans love flowers?

Flowers are kin. We are sensing kinship.

These flowers show

why we love flowers so.

They strive to grow, to regrow,

to nourish themselves with sunshine,

air and water,

so that they can display their vibrant 

colors and unique shapes in abundance.

They spread their individual fragrance 

and unique temperament.

They express all this cell by cell,

while ever so multiplying.

They are sharing their plant spirit 

and essence through cell division.

Through every new stem, 

leaf and petal that is formed 

their essence is brought forth steadily.

We are also growing, regrowing, nourishing 

ourselves with sunshine, air and water -

and the bounty of food that grows

because of sunshine, air and water.

Are we not naturally inclined to express 

our own colors, our temperaments, and

our humanness with increasing

definition, broader, fuller and deeper?

Are not our cells multiplying again and again?

Are we not carrying a special fragrance 

ourselves, like nobody else, 

which makes each and every one of us

so unmistakably unique? 

We are called to express our vibrancy

at the height of our vitality, 

and there is beauty to behold - 

the air is rich with connectivity.

From separation to inclusion -

many textures, one family.

What if...

all it takes is 

stepping through

 the veil of fear - 

again and again,

 until the veil stays open, 

framing the welcoming

 into a different realm

 of perspective.

Moment by moment

Every given moment we choose thoughts, emotions, actions,

through our choices we shape the concurring patterns in our lives.

 Even though the deeds of others would have not been of our choosing, 

our reaction to those events are the factors that will shape our future.

It is our freedom of choice to stay aligned with the values we hold true,

we may not be able to change the past, or  understand what occurred,

but with one breath at a time we can open up the space for a  future, 

 in which one day we will leave the currents of anguish and despair

behind us, a future of connection rather than division, 

a future of living in unity rather than separation.

Vital Balance!

 And so I will speak about Vital Balance again,

Vital Balance is a model of living in a state of health, 

but even more so a model to live a life in empowerment.

 Whatever sensations we might have: defeat, despair, fear,

are we going to feed these with the next breath that is coming to us?

 Breath is what keeps us alive in this body, 

are we going to keep these sensations, feelings, emotions,

individually and collectively alive by breathing into them?

What if we are now awakening to the choice of balancing 

these sensations out with the very next breath?

We can acknowledge what we feel, exhale completely  and with the next breath

we can invite in a sensation to balance those troubling emotions out.

Might it be such a simple act that will take us out of the loop 

of feeling disempowered and depleted?

 Could it be that this will change our attitude and therefore our stance around, 

to a place of decisive, vital, balanced strength to face whatever may come our way?  

We all have experienced courage, hope, inspired action in our lifetime, 

even in the smallest incidences, 
by exhaling consciously and taking a deep breath

 we can bring those empowering, sustaining emotions 
through the incoming breath into our field. 

Would we not benefit from breathing life into those emotions,

energize and strengthen those sensations individually 
and let them be carried out on a quantum wave?

 We can do this, it is free, instant 

and will change not only our energy,

 it will influence everything we touch,

 everything we think and act upon.

Making space

Relase stress into the earth 

Release struggle into the earth 

Release fragmentation in to the earth 

Release disconnection into the earth

 - with gratitude. 

The earth can absorb, neutralize and detoxify it all. 

Release regret, let it melt away 

Release frustration, let it vaporize 

Release sadness, let it burn off 

Release fear, let it wash away 

I am making space for new beginnings

Do you want to understand more deeply your life in this time

Then do this:

Disengage from mass consciousness as you see it - consciously, totally, without reserve.

Yes, disengage from all the thought patterns, beliefs, paradigms,

the ones you can identify with and the ones you can not identify with - all of them!

Completely.

Disengage, disconnect, let go of it all without any plans of ever reattaching.

Wipe the slate clean, cleanse and purify your inner computing mechanisms.

Breath deeply, release all these constructs and their affiliates,

release, breath, breath in, breath out.

Let it all go, even the most precious ideals and conviction,

the burning desires and great unspoken fears.

And now just stand - stand, stand still, and feel yourself standing on this planet,

connected to the energy field of this planet, that is ever so turning and at the same time

moving through space at almost 1000 miles per hour, maybe more, who really knows.

Imbibe this connection to the planet, without any further doing, just being.

You are securely anchored on the earth, you, I and countless other living breathing entities

are existentially connected with each other, we are intrinsic parts of this planets field.

Breath out once more even more deeply, completely,

and open yourself up for new energy, new prana to enter you body.

Invite the new energy, new life sustaining energy and information to come in.

Allow yourself to receive new information, from another level of understanding

as the one you have used before.

There may be nothingness, even for a while, embrace that.

There may be stillness, invite it in.

There may be light and color without words, let them in.

There might be sound without meaning, listen.

There may be sensations, feel them.

There may be nothing else then the simple sense of being present, trust that.

Feel the energy that sustains your life, and now begin anew:

How can I use this energy that flows through me so freely

to not only permeate my own being but also create

an environment of flow, ease, inter connectedness and fluidity?

How can I express the energy through thoughts and actions

to support the freedom of individual expression as well as nourish

the connection between all of us physical beings on this planet?

Let us listen for those answers, let's ask new questions,

let's expand our consciousness together and build on that.

Meditation is the journey within

THIS MIGHT BE THE TIME TO LOOK CREATIVELY AT THE CHOICES AND

 TH E FREEDOM TO CHOOSE WE DO HAVE 24/7.

 WE CAN CHOOSE WITH A NEWLY AWOKEN UNDERSTANDING OF PRIORITIES.

WE CAN CHOOSE TO CREATE A DIFFERENT ENVIRONMENT.

WE CAN START WITH THE CHOICES WE MAKE WITHIN. 

AS WITHIN SO WITHOUT. AS ABOVE SO BELOW.

WE CHOSE TO LIVE IN THIS REALITY.

WE MIGHT HAVE ALSO CHOSEN TO RECREATE THE HUMAN EXPERIENCE.

 WE COULD RELEASE INNER STAGNATION AND ALLOW IT TO GO UP INTO THE ETHER.

THE BEAUTY IN THIS WORLD CAN ONLY BE THE MIRROR IMAGE OF THE BEAUTY WITHIN.

ONE BEAUTIFUL SOUL INCARNATE AT THE TIME.

ARE WE SUPPORTING OUR CHILDREN, THE COMING GENERATIONS, TO EXPRESS THEMSELVES AND CREATE THEIR ENVIRONMENT FREELY AND BY CHOICE?

WE ARE THE ROLE MODELS.

IT IS OUR CHOICE TO NOT FALL INTO DESPAIR,  ANXIETY OR DENIAL.

WE HAVE THE CHOICE TO RISE UP TO THE CALLING CREATIVELY.

we will not be able to create this by division,

we can create this through an inclusive view of humanity.
