Do you want to understand more deeply your life in this time

and place and the environment you find yourself in?

Then do this:

Disengage from mass consciousness as you see it - consciously, totally, without reserve.

Yes, disengage from all the thought patterns, beliefs, paradigms,

the ones you can identify with and the ones you can not identify with - all of them!

Completely.

Disengage, disconnect, let go of it all without any plans of ever reattaching.

Wipe the slate clean, cleanse and purify your inner computing mechanisms.

Breath deeply, release all these constructs and their affiliates,

release, breath, breath in, breath out.

Let it all go, even the most precious ideals and conviction,

the burning desires and great unspoken fears.

And now just stand - stand, stand still, and feel yourself standing on this planet,

connected to the energy field of this planet, that is ever so turning and at the same time

moving through space at almost 1000 miles per hour, maybe more, who really knows.

Imbibe this connection to the planet, without any further doing, just being.

You are securely anchored on the earth, you, I and countless other living breathing entities

are existentially connected with each other, we are intrinsic parts of this planets field.

Breath out once more even more deeply, completely,

and open yourself up for new energy, new prana to enter you body.

Invite the new energy, new life sustaining energy and information to come in.

Allow yourself to receive new information, from another level of understanding

as the one you have used before.

There may be nothingness, even for a while, embrace that.

There may be stillness, invite it in.

There may be light and color without words, let them in.

There might be sound without meaning, listen.

There may be sensations, feel them.

There may be nothing else then the simple sense of being present, trust that.

Feel the energy that sustains your life, and now begin anew:

How can I use this energy that flows through me so freely

to not only permeate my own being but also create

an environment of flow, ease, inter connectedness and fluidity?

How can I express the energy through thoughts and actions

to support the freedom of individual expression as well as nourish

the connection between all of us physical beings on this planet?

Let us listen for those answers, let's ask new questions,

let's expand our consciousness together and build on that.

 TH E FREEDOM TO CHOOSE WE DO HAVE 24/7.

 WE CAN CHOOSE WITH A NEWLY AWOKEN UNDERSTANDING OF PRIORITIES.

WE CAN CHOOSE TO CREATE A DIFFERENT ENVIRONMENT.

WE CAN START WITH THE CHOICES WE MAKE WITHIN. 

AS WITHIN SO WITHOUT. AS ABOVE SO BELOW.

WE CHOSE TO LIVE IN THIS REALITY.

WE MIGHT HAVE ALSO CHOSEN TO RECREATE THE HUMAN EXPERIENCE.

 WE COULD RELEASE INNER STAGNATION AND ALLOW IT TO GO UP INTO THE ETHER.

THE BEAUTY IN THIS WORLD CAN ONLY BE THE MIRROR IMAGE OF THE BEAUTY WITHIN.

ONE BEAUTIFUL SOUL INCARNATE AT THE TIME.

ARE WE SUPPORTING OUR CHILDREN, THE COMING GENERATIONS, TO EXPRESS THEMSELVES AND CREATE THEIR ENVIRONMENT FREELY AND BY CHOICE?

WE ARE THE ROLE MODELS.

IT IS OUR CHOICE TO NOT FALL INTO DESPAIR,  ANXIETY OR DENIAL.

WE HAVE THE CHOICE TO RISE UP TO THE CALLING CREATIVELY.

Do you allow yourself to express your emotions?

Are you allowing yourself to be ... angry?

 Why is anger this unappreciated emotion,

preferably to be overcome as soon as possible?

Emotions ( derived from ex- movere, to move out, latin)

 have their place, to move an upcoming feeling,

while it arises, into present awareness.

 Emotions are the instant experience of feelings.

Only in this realm of the embodiment we currently are in,

 the "human experience",

 are we capable to experience these, as far as I know.

Anger is the refusal to accept what is, was and we think might be.

But, that does not make us look good, so quick, let us just be a bit upset,

 let off just a bit steam, but otherwise, tuck this undesired sentiment away, deep, hide it.

 "Oh yes, I am so over this!" Well, am I?

 Or am I just suppressing this somewhere deep, deep, down, so nobody,

 including myself has an inkling any more of what is not expressed, and not processed.

If I have the slightest suspicion that I am sup-pressing something,

 then there is definitely something there.

If I can ex -press it as what it is: ANGER,

 in a non- confrontational way,

 I can allow it to leave its place of hiding,

 and that will relieve the press -ure .

 Once it is completely released, I will feel the difference in my body,

 in my mind and in my emotional field.

 Lighter, brighter, more flowing, one pressure valve opened...

I AM

By experiencing ourselves fully as individuals,

and authentically embodying

 this physical expression of our Selves,

About frogs

... I like frogs, I am intrigued by all amphibians.

I enjoy to watch them, they are so present, quietly but keenly alert, 

with such patience they  wait for the next meal,

 they are sensitive and can feel my presence from yards away.

They have their ways of communicating with each other, which sound to me like music,

 yet they are aware of my listening to them, and then often keep their secrets to themselves.

Many years ago I discovered that frogs were revered in several ancient cultures.

In ancient Egypt there was a goddess, named Heket or Heqit

(other spellings too) who was pictured as a woman with a frog head.

 She was one of the bearers of life, fertility, birth, of creation itself, 

sometimes shown in images with the ankh symbol in her hand.

The ankh symbolizes creation, breath of life and eternity, the joining of aspects.

The frogs symbolized creation too, abundance, new beginnings, fertility,

 they were important to the agrarian aspects of these cultures as well as the concept of longevity.
